​Hi I'm Mel - the friendly face behind Paper Leisure. During the countless waves of COVID lockdowns, I found myself temporarily stood-down from work and like many other engaged couples, my partner and I had to reschedule our wedding day. Little did I know that our postponement and many months of ‘free-time’ would become a blessing in disguise. 

 

Having the opportunity to really slow down, I was able focus on some fun and unique creative projects. From designing our wedding invitations, mastering a decal cutting machine, to making individual place cards and mirror signs. It’s safe to say I spent many months (and sleepless nights) obsessing over every wedding detail. As a result, I was really proud to share my creations with loved ones on our special day.

With a Bachelor of Design under my belt and a diverse background in marketing, luxury sales and customer service, it’s an absolute privilege to be here to create beautiful signage - one ‘mirror’ at a time. ​
